You see, body types are far more than just whether we are buff or lanky, top-heavy or bottom-heavy. And in terms of fitness, there’s definitely no one-size-fits-all approach. And once you understand which body type you have, then you can create a specific workout and diet plan that will help you meet your fitness goals.”

We’ll let you into a little secret. There’s nothing to stop you from maintaining a healthy body and enjoying delicious meals at the same time, even if you’re a devout vegan. A basic analysis of the human body means we can separate it into three distinctive body types:

  1. Endomorphs – people with soft, round bodies and a high proportion of fat.
