VegFest – Vegan Festivals You Do Not Want to Miss
It’s VegFest 2017!
I am so excited! If you have never been to a VegFest, 2017 is the year to start.
WHAT IS A VEGFEST?
These annual vegetarian food festival held in cities around the world promote veganism and vegetarianism, healthy lifestyles, compassion for animals and conservation of the environment.
Whether you are a longtime vegetarian, vegan, or anyone wanting to learn about nutritious and delicious foods, alternatives to animal products, and the many health and environmental benefits of a plant-based diet you should add attending one to your spring, summer and even fall plans.
VegFest’s gather vegan, natural food, and cruelty-free product providers, along with interesting speakers and educational exhibitors, for a fun community event. It’s an opportunity to enjoy food from a variety of vendors, learn about new products, and try free samples.
WHERE CAN I FIND ONE NEAR ME?
There is at least one VegFest every month both in the US and internationally. The American Vegan Society (of which I am a Speaker) keeps a list of the events.
Click here to get the list, http://www.americanvegan.org/vegfests.htm.
Vegan.com is also a great source of information on vegan/vegetarian festivals. Go here for their information, http://www.vegan.com/festivals.
WHERE CAN I FIND NATURALLYSWEET DESSERTS?
Now, if you want to know where to get the most delicious vegan desserts you have ever tasted, NaturallySweet Desserts will be a vendor at the following vegan/vegetarian festivals in 2017.
Enjoy the food, participate in the workshops and join us in celebrating the awesome power of nature’s bounty.
